ABOUT JAZMIN

I'M MORE THAN MY STORY. AND SO ARE YOU.

I'm Jazmin Idalis — founder of The Human Drive, motivational speaker, podcast host, entrepreneur, community advocate, and proud mother of three.

My life has been anything but ordinary. I've experienced challenges that tested my strength, opportunities that pushed me beyond my comfort zone, and moments that completely changed the direction of my life.

With a background in business leadership, operations, safety, and organizational development, I've spent years helping businesses grow, leading teams, and understanding what it takes to bring people together.

But beyond the professional accomplishments, I'm human.

I've experienced setbacks, personal struggles, reinvention, and the constant balancing act of motherhood, leadership, and finding my own identity.

Those experiences taught me something that no title or degree ever could: people don't just need to be successful. They need to feel seen, heard, valued, and connected.

That's why I created The Human Drive.

I wanted to build something that goes beyond motivational words — a platform where authentic stories spark meaningful conversations, where differences become opportunities for understanding, and where people can rediscover what truly drives them.

Today, through motivational speaking, podcasting, and community engagement, I'm turning that vision into a movement centered on resilience, empathy, purpose, and human connection.

Because we are more than what we've been through, more than what we've accomplished, and more than the titles we carry. We are human. And that matters.

“I don't want people to remember me for what I've accomplished. I want them to remember how I made them feel, what I helped them discover, and the humanity we shared.”

THE STORY BEHIND THE HUMAN DRIVE

Resilience didn't make me less human. It taught me the importance of humanity.

My story began long before I became an entrepreneur, business leader, mother, or podcast host.

At sixteen, I was already learning how to navigate life independently. While many people my age were discovering who they wanted to become, I was learning how to survive, make difficult decisions, and create a future for myself.

Life didn't always offer a clear direction, but it taught me how to keep moving forward, even when I didn't have all the answers.

Over the years, I built businesses, developed a career in leadership and operations, became involved in my community, and raised three incredible sons. I've experienced the rewards of success, the responsibilities of leadership, and the challenges of balancing professional ambitions with personal life.

I've also learned what it means to live with chronic illness while continuing to navigate motherhood, work, relationships, and the everyday responsibilities that don't stop simply because life becomes difficult.

There have been moments of achievement, moments of uncertainty, and seasons when I had to rediscover who I was and what truly mattered.

But through those experiences, I came to understand something powerful.

Success never tells the whole story.

Behind every accomplishment are sacrifices people rarely see. Behind resilience are moments of vulnerability. And behind every person is a journey we may never fully understand.

I began to realize that the world doesn't need more people pretending to have everything figured out.

We need more understanding. More empathy. More authentic human connection.

That's where The Human Drive was born.

Not from the idea that I had all the answers, but from the belief that our stories have the power to connect us.

I wanted to create a space where people could speak openly about their experiences, celebrate their growth, acknowledge their struggles, and discover that their voices matter.

What began as a podcast has grown into a larger vision centered on motivational speaking, storytelling, community engagement, and meaningful conversations that inspire people to look beyond titles, appearances, and accomplishments.

Because I've learned that being human isn't about always being strong, successful, or having everything together.

It's about allowing ourselves to grow, embracing our experiences, and recognizing the humanity in others.

The Human Drive isn't just my story. It's about all of us.

It's about what drives us, what connects us, and how our individual experiences can inspire meaningful change.

And if there's one message I hope people take away from my journey, it's this:

You are more than what you've been through. You are more than what you've accomplished. Your story matters, and so does the person you're becoming.

“We don't have to share the same experiences to recognize the humanity in one another.”

— Jazmin Idalis

WHY THE HUMAN DRIVE?

Because everybody has a story. And every story deserves to be heard.

We live in a world where people are often recognized for their titles, accomplishments, appearances, and successes, while the experiences that shaped them remain unseen.

The Human Drive was created to change that conversation.

What began as a desire to understand the people behind the businesses, achievements, struggles, and everyday experiences has grown into something much greater.

A platform where authentic stories inspire meaningful connections. Where challenges become opportunities for growth. And where people are reminded that their voices, experiences, and humanity matter.

Through motivational speaking, podcasts, leadership conversations, workshops, and community engagement, The Human Drive encourages people to look beyond differences, lead with empathy, embrace resilience, and discover what truly drives them.

Because meaningful change doesn't begin with a title, a position, or an accomplishment.

It begins when we recognize the human being behind it all.

The Human Drive is more than a podcast or a speaking platform. It's a growing movement built on the belief that understanding one another can strengthen relationships, transform leadership, empower individuals, and create lasting change in our communities.

Different stories. Shared humanity. One powerful connection.

DIFFERENT STORIES. SHARED HUMANITY. ONE POWERFUL CONNECTION.

MORE THAN A MICROPHONE.

Leadership. Community. Entrepreneurship. Human Connection.

My professional journey has taken me through business operations, organizational leadership, workplace safety, workforce development, and community initiatives.

These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds, industries, and walks of life.

They have also shown me something that continues to shape my work: the strongest organizations and communities are built by people who understand the importance of trust, accountability, communication, and empathy.

Today, I bring those perspectives into The Human Drive through:

KEYNOTE SPEAKING — Inspiring audiences to reconnect with humanity, resilience, and authentic leadership.

PODCAST & MEDIA — Sharing real stories and conversations that explore the experiences behind the person.

WORKSHOPS & SEMINARS — Creating opportunities for reflection, personal growth, and stronger human connection.

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS — Bringing people together to discuss challenges, share perspectives, and create meaningful dialogue.
